「ピッチの辞書」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ここ企画（以下「当方」）が提供するサッカー用語図鑑アプリです。当方は利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。通常の用語閲覧では氏名やメールアドレスの入力を求めません。お問い合わせで任意に送信された情報は、以下に示す目的で取り扱います。本アプリは広告を表示するため Google の広告サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しており、AdMob により一部の情報が収集される場合があります。
通常の用語閲覧では、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・連絡先などの入力を求めません。「お気に入り」や表示言語などの設定も、当方のサーバーへ送信されることはありません（詳細は「端末内に保存される情報」をご覧ください）。
本アプリは、アプリ内に広告を表示するために Google AdMob を利用しています。広告の配信・測定のため、Google AdMob が以下の情報を収集・利用する場合があります。
これらは主にサードパーティ広告の配信および分析の目的で使用されます。Google によるデータの取り扱いについては、Google プライバシーポリシー、およびGoogle のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用をご確認ください。
本アプリのバナー広告は、非パーソナライズ広告としてリクエストする設定です。この設定によって、GoogleのSDKによる情報の収集・利用がすべてなくなるわけではありません。
GoogleのSDKが開示するデータの取扱いに基づき、おおよその場所、デバイスID、製品の操作、広告データは「ユーザに関連付けられるデータ」、クラッシュデータ、パフォーマンスデータ、その他の診断データは「ユーザに関連付けられないデータ」としてApp Storeで申告します。端末の識別子を介した関連付けも含まれます。このうち、デバイスIDは「ユーザのトラッキングに使用されるデータ」として申告します。ユーザとの関連付けとトラッキングへの使用は、別の項目です。
SDKが開示する利用目的には、サードパーティ広告、デベロッパの広告またはマーケティング、アナリティクスが含まれます。クラッシュデータの目的はアナリティクスです。同意を管理するGoogle UMPでは、おおよその場所、製品の操作、パフォーマンスデータがアプリの機能にも使用されます。詳細はGoogleのApp Store向けデータ開示をご確認ください。
広告の同意画面と設定内の「広告のプライバシー設定」は、Google UMPが必要と判定した場合に表示します。
本アプリには、広告を非表示にする買い切りのアプリ内課金（「広告を消す」）があります。決済はすべて Apple（App Store）が処理し、当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。購入済みかどうかの情報は、お使いの端末内および Apple アカウントに紐づいて管理されます。
本サービスのWebサイト（pitch.kokokikaku.com）には「Google AdSense」のタグを設置しています。広告の掲載はGoogleの審査と設定により決まり、現時点の掲載・承認を保証するものではありません。タグの読み込みに伴いGoogleへ通信が発生する場合があります。広告が掲載される場合、AdSense はCookie等を使用して、利用者の過去のアクセス情報に基づいた広告を配信する場合があります。パーソナライズ広告は、Google 広告設定から無効にできます。Cookieはブラウザの設定で管理できます。第三者によるCookie利用の詳細はGoogle 広告に関するポリシーをご確認ください。
本サービスのWebサイト（pitch.kokokikaku.com）では、利用状況を把握してサイトを改善するために「Google アナリティクス」を利用しています。Google アナリティクスは Cookie 等を使用して、閲覧したページ、滞在時間、おおよその地域、端末やブラウザの種類などの情報を収集します。当方から氏名や返信先メールアドレスを解析サービスへ送信することはありません。欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスからのアクセスでは、解析用の Cookie を使わない設定にしています。収集された情報は Google のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。無効にしたい場合は Google アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオンをご利用ください。
本サービスのWebサイト（pitch.kokokikaku.com）では、A8.net・もしもアフィリエイト等のアフィリエイトプログラムを利用し、第三者の商品・サービスを紹介する広告を掲載する場合があります。該当箇所には「PR」と明示しています。
これらの広告では、成果の計測のためにCookieが使用されることがあります。Cookieには氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの個人を特定する情報は含まれません。Cookieはブラウザの設定から無効化できます。広告の表示やクリックに伴い、計測用の識別子、IPアドレス、端末・ブラウザ情報、閲覧元ページなどが広告サービスへ送信される場合があります。取扱いはA8.net運営会社のプライバシーポリシーともしものプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
広告リンク先での購入・申込により、当方に紹介料が支払われることがあります。商品・サービスの提供条件および取引に関する責任は各広告主に帰属し、当方は取引の当事者ではありません。
「お気に入り」に登録した用語、および表示言語（日本語／英語）の設定は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。これらの情報が当方へ送信されることはなく、アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。
本アプリの用語データおよび戦術ボードの図解はアプリ内に同梱されており、オフラインでも閲覧できます。ネットワーク通信は主に上記の広告表示のために発生します。また、用語の「シェア」機能を使った場合のみ、利用者ご自身の操作により、端末標準の共有機能を通じて外部アプリ（SNS等）へテキスト・URLが渡されます。
製品お問い合わせフォームはGoogleフォームを使用しています。選択した製品、お問い合わせ内容、返信先メールアドレスを受け取り、回答・不具合の調査・利用者対応のためにここ企画が利用します。送信内容はGoogleのサービス上で処理・保存されます。不要になった情報は削除し、削除のご相談も同じ窓口で受け付けます。パスワード、カード番号、顧客の個人情報などは送信しないでください。

"PITCH DICTIONARY" (the "App") is a football glossary app provided by Koko Kikaku (the "Provider"). We respect your privacy. You do not need to enter your name or email address to browse the glossary. Information voluntarily submitted through the support form is handled as described below. The App uses Google AdMob to display ads, and AdMob may collect certain information.
Browsing the glossary does not require your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. Your favorites and language preference are not sent to the Provider's servers (see "Information stored on your device").

This data is used mainly for third-party advertising and analytics. For how Google handles this data, please see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
The App's banner-ad requests are configured to request non-personalized ads. This setting does not eliminate all information collection and use by Google's SDK.
Based on the data practices disclosed by Google's SDKs, our App Store disclosures classify coarse location, device identifiers, product interaction and advertising data as "Data Linked to You", and crash, performance and other diagnostic data as "Data Not Linked to You". Linking through a device identifier is included. Device identifiers are also disclosed as "Data Used to Track You". Whether data is linked to you and whether it is used for tracking are separate disclosures.
The purposes disclosed by the SDK include third-party advertising, developer advertising or marketing, and analytics. Crash data is disclosed for analytics. Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), which manages consent, also uses coarse location, product interaction and performance data for app functionality. See Google's App Store data disclosure guide for details.
Ad consent forms and the "Ad privacy options" entry in settings appear when Google UMP determines that they are required.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Remove Ads") that hides all ads. All payments are processed by Apple (the App Store); the Provider never receives or stores payment details such as credit card numbers. Whether you have purchased is managed on your device and through your Apple Account.
The website (pitch.kokokikaku.com) includes a Google AdSense tag. Ad placement depends on Google review and configuration; this policy does not indicate that ads are currently approved or displayed. Loading the tag may send requests to Google. When ads are displayed, AdSense may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's ad settings. Cookies can be managed in your browser settings. For details on how third parties use cookies, see Google's advertising policies.
The website uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used and to improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, time spent, approximate region, and device and browser type. The Provider does not send names or support email addresses to the analytics service. For visitors from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are turned off by default. The information is handled under Google's Privacy Policy. To opt out, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
The website (pitch.kokokikaku.com) may display affiliate advertising through programs such as A8.net and Moshimo Affiliate. Such placements are labeled "PR". These ads may use cookies to measure referrals; those cookies contain no personally identifying information and can be disabled in your browser settings. Ad impressions or clicks may send measurement identifiers, IP addresses, device and browser information, and referring pages to the advertising services. See the A8.net operator privacy policy and Moshimo privacy policy. The Provider may receive a commission when you purchase or apply through an affiliate link. Each advertiser is responsible for its own products, services and transactions.
Your saved favorites and display-language preference (Japanese/English) are stored only on your device. This information is never sent to the Provider and is removed when you delete the App.
All term data and tactical-board diagrams are bundled within the App and can be viewed offline. Network communication mainly occurs to display the ads described above. In addition, only when you use the "Share" feature does your device's standard share sheet pass text and a URL to an external app (e.g. social media), and only by your own action.
Our product support form uses Google Forms. Koko Kikaku receives the selected product, your message and reply email address to respond, investigate issues and provide support. Submissions are processed and stored using Google services. Information is deleted when no longer needed; you may request deletion through the same form. Do not submit passwords, card numbers or customers' personal data.

“Open ChatGPT” takes you to OpenAI's website. Nothing is sent as a question automatically. When you paste and send the text in ChatGPT, it is provided to OpenAI under its Privacy Policy and your ChatGPT settings. Do not include confidential information in your question.
