「ピッチの辞書」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ここ企画（以下「当方」）が提供するサッカー用語図鑑アプリです。当方は利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。当方自身が氏名・メールアドレスなどの個人情報を直接収集することはありませんが、本アプリは広告を表示するため Google の広告サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しており、AdMob により一部の情報が収集される場合があります。
当方は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・連絡先などの個人情報を収集しません。「お気に入り」や表示言語などの設定も、当方のサーバーへ送信されることはありません（詳細は「端末内に保存される情報」をご覧ください）。
本アプリは、アプリ内に広告を表示するために Google AdMob を利用しています。広告の配信・測定のため、Google AdMob が以下の情報を収集・利用する場合があります。
これらは主にサードパーティ広告の配信および分析の目的で使用されます。Google によるデータの取り扱いについては、Google プライバシーポリシー、およびGoogle のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用をご確認ください。
本アプリは、初回起動時などに iOS の「トラッキングの許可」ダイアログを表示します。許可した場合は利用者の興味関心に合わせた広告（パーソナライズ広告）が、許可しない場合は内容に関連しない広告（非パーソナライズ広告）が表示されます。この設定は、iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
本サービスのWebサイト（pitch.kokokikaku.com）では、第三者配信の広告サービス「Google AdSense」を利用しています。AdSense はCookie等を使用して、利用者の過去のアクセス情報に基づいた広告を配信する場合があります。パーソナライズ広告やCookieの利用は、Google 広告設定から無効にできます。第三者によるCookie利用の詳細はGoogle 広告に関するポリシーをご確認ください。
本サービスのWebサイト（pitch.kokokikaku.com）では、A8.net・もしもアフィリエイト等のアフィリエイトプログラムを利用し、第三者の商品・サービスを紹介する広告を掲載する場合があります。該当箇所には「PR」と明示しています。
これらの広告では、成果の計測のためにCookieが使用されることがあります。Cookieには氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの個人を特定する情報は含まれません。Cookieはブラウザの設定から無効化できます。
広告リンク先での購入・申込により、当方に紹介料が支払われることがあります。商品・サービスの提供条件および取引に関する責任は各広告主に帰属し、当方は取引の当事者ではありません。
また、当サイトは Amazon.co.jp を宣伝しリンクすることによってサイトが紹介料を獲得できる手段を提供することを目的に設定されたアフィリエイトプログラムである、Amazonアソシエイト・プログラムの参加者です。
「お気に入り」に登録した用語、および表示言語（日本語／英語）の設定は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。これらの情報が当方へ送信されることはなく、アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。
本アプリの用語データおよび戦術ボードの図解はアプリ内に同梱されており、オフラインでも閲覧できます。ネットワーク通信は主に上記の広告表示のために発生します。また、用語の「シェア」機能を使った場合のみ、利用者ご自身の操作により、端末標準の共有機能を通じて外部アプリ（SNS等）へテキスト・URLが渡されます。

"PITCH DICTIONARY" (the "App") is a football glossary app provided by Koko Kikaku (the "Provider"). We respect your privacy. The Provider does not directly collect personal information such as your name or email address; however, the App uses Google AdMob to display ads, and AdMob may collect certain information.
The Provider does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. Your favorites and language preference are not sent to the Provider's servers (see "Information stored on your device").

The App shows the iOS "Allow Tracking" prompt. If you allow tracking, you may see personalized ads based on your interests; if you do not, you will see non-personalized ads. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
The website (pitch.kokokikaku.com) may display affiliate advertising through programs such as A8.net and Moshimo Affiliate. Such placements are labeled "PR". These ads may use cookies to measure referrals; those cookies contain no personally identifying information and can be disabled in your browser settings. The Provider may receive a commission when you purchase or apply through an affiliate link. Each advertiser is responsible for its own products, services and transactions.
The site is also a participant in the Amazon Associates Program.
Your saved favorites and display-language preference (Japanese/English) are stored only on your device. This information is never sent to the Provider and is removed when you delete the App.
All term data and tactical-board diagrams are bundled within the App and can be viewed offline. Network communication mainly occurs to display the ads described above. In addition, only when you use the "Share" feature does your device's standard share sheet pass text and a URL to an external app (e.g. social media), and only by your own action.
