ハンド(ハンドリング)
Handball — An offence of handling the ball with hand or arm — but not ‘touch = automatic foul.’
1💬 In a nutshell
“Arm contact ≠ handball. The key is whether the arm's position is natural.”

3🔍 Why it matters — what to watch for
An arm spread to make the body bigger is out; an arm in a natural position often isn't penalised at close range — “did it make the body unnaturally bigger” is the main test. Stricter for attackers: a goal right after arm contact is disallowed in principle. The most debated rule of the VAR era.
On the call you'll hear“Did it hit the arm in the box!? VAR check… arm judged natural, no handball.”
